Hello & Welcome to Renew Therapy!

I hope you know what a courageous step it is to seek support for your mental health! Trauma responses have to do with your humanity and how you are designed to survive. The responses and symptoms you experience in trauma are not because you are broken.  I specialize in trauma and can help you understand your process to be empowered in your story, dignity & worth.

The journey to find a therapist is personal and important. I understand how valuable it is to find the right connection. I am a queer, brown, Filipina therapist who incorporates an anti-oppression, trauma-informed & human rights approach in therapy. I am passionate about finding tools that will help you move toward your hopes and goals.

My therapy approach can be described as curious, compassionate, collaborative, mindful, holistic, empowering and client-centered.  My background in International Psychology and Trauma has equipped me to understand the intersections of our individual identity within broader cultural contexts.

You are the expert of your story. I join you in pursuing your goals. I use humor, honesty, and compassion to build acceptance in the therapeutic process and relationship.
