Worldwide 1 in 3 individuals struggle with their mental health, which presents as trauma, depression and/or anxiety. On this World Mental Health Day we want to promote gentleness and tenderness in mental health. Healing is a process. When our mental health is compromised our internal voice can be critical, judgmental and unkind, which exacerbates feelings of isolation and depression. Gentleness and kindness with mental health is the equivalent to how we take care of our bodies when we have a cold or flu.
